Naturally, as a company you want your employees to work in a healthy environment and lead a healthy life. This is also reflected in the health of the company or institution. Besides the fact that an illness is not only annoying for the employee in question, it also has an impact on the company. The company has to look for a replacement employee and being sick also might entail major operating costs.
A disease is an expression of an imbalance in the body and the mind. The body is a unique system that will always seek balance to maintain health. But due to conditions such as mental and emotional stress, poor nutrition and pollution, we run the risk of ending up in a disease process that initially seems harmless but can eventually become chronic if no intervention is made. The positive thing is that we can do a lot ourselves to prevent this.
