The results are showing the group dynamics within the team and this can be very helpful when forming a team or when a new member or employee needs to be found. Team Typology test
Indigo Academy is working with typology test to discover the main base character group of the person which gives already a lot of information about the person’s characteristics and his or her behavings and what the strong and weak points are. This test is based on the 4 different typology groups, The Pragmaticus, the Observer, the Melancholicus and Sanguinius.
Also the DISC method is based on these basic typologies and works with colors, red, blue, yellow and green.
