Human Design retreat at Indigo Valley

A Human Design analysis is very suitable for clarifying your qualities, skills and the way in which you can best make decisions. You can call it a blueprint of who you truly are.
Human Design is the science of diversity, we all have a unique design and a goal to accomplish in this life. Your interpretation shows who you essentially are, how you can best be yourself, and how best to navigate in an ever-changing world and environment. It equips you with the tools to make the right decisions. Your strategy helps you deal with resistances such as frustration, anger, disappointment, sadness and fear.

Your design also shows the dynamics between you and others, so you can better understand conflicts, attraction and resonances. It gives you the opportunity to walk your way with others who support your vitality and your life purpose and can walk your true path together with you. It's also a wonderful system for children to know how best to raise them and what environment they thrive best in, so that they are inspired to choose the life that suits them and to develop as healthy individuals.
To make a Human Design, date of birth, time and place of birth are used.

In this retreat you will learn all the basics of Human Design and have more insight in your own Design and of those of your friends and family.

The retreat has a 3-day program at Indigo Valley.

‘Shadow work’ retreat in Indigo Valley

Workshop is based on aiming to become who you really are........ to live a life what is meant for you... in flow with who you truly are...(your authentic self)
This retreat is based on Self discovery , Shadow work and Transformation
Introduction:

What is shadow work?
The concept of the shadow side comes from Carl Jung, psychiatrist and founder of analytical psychology. Hidden in your shadow side are all the parts of yourself that have been rejected and oppressed. Emotions, character traits, memories, secrets, dreams, desires, fears and impulses. (Unresolved) traumas are also hidden in your shadow side. Your shadow side starts to develop when you are still young. If, as a child, you receive the message through words or looks that something was wrong with you, that you had to suppress something, you push it to your shadow side. After all, you want to be accepted and be safe. Maybe you were very sensitive and emotional as a child and your parents snapped a few times that you should 'stop whining so much' or be 'a strong boy'. You often continue to reject these elements of yourself as an adult. Of course, as a teenager or adult you can also discover or experience all kinds of things about yourself that relegate you to your shadow side.So the point is that your shadow sides do not remain separated from your consciousness, that you can allow them and explore them. Your shadow side belongs to you. As long as you can't let your shadows in, they will rule your life in devious, unexpected ways. And they do that without your conscious 'permission'! When your shadows speak, your unconscious has taken over. The more you want to keep your dark sides at bay, the more they will demand attention. They can ruin your relationships, hinder professional success, and even make you physically ill. Feelings of inferiority, shame, sadness, anger and jealousy keep coming back. Furthermore, your creativity and authenticity cannot flow if you cannot face your shadows.

People who have not yet done shadow work (99 % of world population) also often end up in a pattern of projection. Things that they do not want to face in themselves, they see reflected even more in others. And because it affects something at such a deep level, you can (unconsciously) punish others for it by criticizing them, rejecting them, showing envy or even physically hurting them. Only when you fully embrace yourself will the projection stop. So shadow work is actually a crucial part of (emotionally and spiritually) maturing. It is necessary to be autonomous, self-confident, vulnerable and genuinely loving, and to continue to grow.
